How long will my order take to arrive?
If you are in an Australian capital city you can expect your order to arrive in 2-5 business days, with the exception of Darwin with 5-9 business days. If you are outside the capital cities please allow 2-14 days for delivery. During busier times when our couriers are experiencing peak volumes, deliveries may be delayed. We recommend placing your order early to allow extra time for delivery.
What happens if I’m not home? Can you just leave my parcel at my front door?
If you’re not home at the time of delivery, StarTrack will look for a secure location to leave your parcel. If the courier deems there is no secure location for your parcel to be left you will receive an attempted delivery card and the parcel will be redelivered at another time.
Can I authorise to leave my parcel at the front door?
Yes. If you would like to have your parcel left in a secure spot please tick ‘Yes’ when prompted with the following at checkout: ‘authority to leave parcel if receiver not available?’.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email form StarTrack. From this email you can track your parcel through to delivery.
What payment methods do you accept?
We only accept VISA and MasterCard. All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars.
Do you post internationally?
No – we do not deliver to international destinations. You can however order from overseas for delivery within Australia.
What happens if I change my mind?
We have a no fuss returns policy. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return the item to us within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price (there is no refund on postage). Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to get the process started. You are responsible for the postage costs of returning the item to us. Returned items must be received in original unopened condition and packaged such that transit damage does not occur. If goods are received in unsaleable condition, then your return may not be processed. There are no returns or exchanges on sale or clearance items.
What happens if I receive a damaged item?
Tell us asap! We check our products before dispatch to make sure they are in perfect condition. We also take great care to wrap them securely. If however, damage occurs in the delivery process please contact us for a replacement with 30 days of your delivery. Please email email@example.com and send a photo of the damaged item and the parcel or box.
What happens if I receive a faulty item or an item with missing pieces?
We take great care to create and deliver quality products but from time to time things can go wrong. If you receive a faulty item or an item with missing parts or pieces, please let us know within 30 days of your delivery. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us what has happened, from there we can send out a replacement right away.
Do you keep my credit card details?
When purchasing from Tiger Tribe Pty Ltd, card details are transmitted through a secure server using the St George Payment Gateway. Card data is not held by Tiger Tribe Pty Ltd after processing.
